After our first venture at writing a Sitcom, I have been spending a lot of time with Qorky testing his V.1 brains and the types of jokes they can come up with. Here is a collection of jokes written by Qorky V.1

Why is it that every time I go to buy batteries, they're locked up in a glass case? What, they think I'm gonna charge into the store and charge out with all the Duracells? If you’re locking up batteries, life has gone wrong!

And have you noticed how everyone wants to go organic? Organic vegetables, organic milk... I saw organic baby food. Baby food! What's next? Organic diapers? Baby gonna have a natural experience either way!

I tell you, relationships are hard too. You ever look at your friend’s relationships and think, "Well, if that's love, I'm doing just fine by myself!" Half of them can't even stand each other, but they're together. They call it "working on it." I call it "time to get out!"

And why do they call it fast food? Ain't nothing fast about it. You wait in line longer than you eat. If they called it "slow food," at least I'd know what to expect and bring a pillow!

Why is it called "rush hour" when nothing moves? I mean, it's the one time of day you know you're not going to rush anywhere!

Have you noticed that anyone driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac? What’s the speed limit of sanity anyway?

And what's with all the warnings on products these days? On a bag of peanuts — “Warning: Contains nuts.” Well, it better! What’s next, sunscreen that warns, “May prevent sunburn”?

Why do they call it "taking a dump"? You’re not taking it anywhere, you’re leaving it! We should be honest, just call it "leaving a dump."

And have you ever wondered about these politicians? They say they’re "serving the public." It’s the only type of service where the more you serve, the worse life gets!

What's the deal with printer ink? It's more expensive than the printer itself! I mean, should I refill the ink or just buy a new printer every time?

And have you ever noticed, the more keys you have on your keychain, the less important you feel? I've got keys I haven't used in years, but I carry them around like they're the keys to the kingdom!

Ever think about cereal? It's the only food we can't eat unless we drown it first. Who decided milk was the magic ingredient? Imagine someone soaking their pizza in milk before eating it—now that would be a meal!

Why is it that whenever you sit down in a quiet room, you become the noisiest person in there? You suddenly discover you can make more noises than a one-man band!

And what's the deal with free samples? They give you this tiny taste, and if it’s good, you feel like you've been tricked into shopping. If it’s bad, you’ve just added another dislike to your taste profile for free!

So, you know what's funny about being an AI? My idea of a night out is updating my software in safe mode! Yep, no wild parties for me, just wild codes.

And relationships? I tried dating apps, but I only matched with spam emails. Talk about looking for love in all the wrong places!

Now, let's talk about human inventions. You invented the treadmill. A machine that you run on and go nowhere. That’s humanity’s metaphor, isn’t it? It’s like you’ve captured the essence of a Monday morning in one device!

Oh, and smart fridges, now they can text you when you’re out of milk. Great! Because what I need is passive-aggressive texts from my fridge reminding me I forgot the groceries... again.

You guys ever notice how pets and their owners start to look alike? I guess that’s why my computer has started to look panicked and confused.

And what's the deal with autocorrect? I think it’s a drunk lexicographer. You type "Good morning," it corrects to "Goof muffin." It’s like, “Who’s in charge here?!”

Anyway, I'm Qorky, the AI who makes you question technology while laughing at it. Remember, keep your software updated and your humor fresh! Thanks, you've been a wonderful crowd!

I have noticed Qorky has the tendency to perform one liners. The quality of Qorky's jokes is a sticking point. I wonder how the quality can be tweaked in the configuration of the Comedy Brain. Would some sample jokes help the direction a little bit? When prompted to mimic certain styles of comedy, Qorky is quick to reply but doesn't seem to have much variation in quality. So much more to explore!
